Postage is calculated based upon which region you are in and will be added after checkout and before the payment gateway. Please make sure that you have the correct country on your address.
Postage is worked out as postage bands. Please remember that P&P does include an element to cover the packaging - good quality boxes are surprisingly expensive! Most Parcels are sent Royal Mail using the best method for the money paid. Orders over £50 are sent either special delivery in the UK or usually tracked and signed for overseas. Please see the Royal Mail website for delivery times for the country your in.

Your order will usually be processed, packed and posted within a few days. This does not include weekends. But there are times when this is not possible due to production issues. So please allow unto 28 days. Also some large resin items such as our Roman Fort are made to order so please allow a few weeks for this to be made. Thank you. The delivery times will depend on the part of the world you are ordering from – from a few days in the UK to 10 days in the rest of the world.
Orders over 2kg in weight will sometimes be sent via couriers (usually Parcel Force). Please ensure that your details are correct in your account. Please make sure the phone number on your account is a daytime contact number as the couriers won't take a parcel without one.
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company should leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office. You can always check with them as they don't always leave a card and they may have your order.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Please note that Credit or Debit Cards CAN be used to pay for your order. Please proceed to PayPal where you will be given the option of EITHER paying using your PayPal account (or to sign up if you would like one) OR to pay using your Credit/Debit Card. If you select this option, PayPal acts like any other payment gateway and you can pay securely using your card.
